OH snap I let my castle idoc....

Haven't logged on to do anything other than refresh it for a year now, but over the last couple days it found it's way down. Hopefully it provided some quality IDOCing, as it was freaking full of everything...
It was on the eastern side of ice isle, roof fully decorated with stools and scenery (rave/pond), valorite ore, etc etc

I haven't logged on to actual play in a long while, but I was always hoping to come back eventually when I found some spare time. Though, what really drove most of my UO experiences was starting from nothing, and grinding up to the top. It wouldn't be the same to come back to a castle full of vanqs.
There's nothing really sentimental gone. Some trophies, rares, etc. What hurts the most is just the effort that went into setup. Things like the Tmap library. Oof.

If it makes you feel better same thing happened to me. Only mine was intentional. I stopped playing about 2 years ago. My two towers full of tons of rares, regs, gold, magic weps, etc all decayed (near skara if anyone looted them).
Its actually more fun having to start fresh again. I did get lucky and found a special hair dye in one of my chars banks though which I sold for 1.39 million (with telamon's help actually haha).

The time stamp on that screenshot shows why UO is most effectively played
by: (a) the unemployed (b) students or (c) shut-ins. Make sure to go outside once in a while Telamon,
you probably need the Vitamin D
