SOLD: Selling Small House on North Vesper Road

I'm selling a small house directly on North Vesper Road, roughly half way between Vesper and Minoc. The house is easily viewable from the road so there are vendor possibilities. Spawn is a pretty good mix though it tends to be Gargoyles and Harpies most of the time with some Air Elementals and Ettins tossed in for variety. It's just down the road from my shop if that's of interest.

Starting bid is deed plus 5k. I'll end it at 9pm EST on Saturday.

I don't see how, but I'm not the best at placing houses. But given the ledge in front in the trees behind, I can't seem to find an area where an L would fit even if I had the house to the right as well.
