UO Second Age

I knocked on the door.

I was going to pretend I knew the person who was standing at the door next to me. I suspected it was Kaivan or another UOSA player but didn't let them him know who I was. They knocked on the door.

The door opened and an older man opened the door.

I presumed this to be Derrick. Behind Derrick was an elderly lady in a wheelchair who looked older than Derrick.

We walked inside the modest house in a working class suburb.

Running through the dark red tiled entryway to the house was a small stream running from left to right.

Derrick showed us to a room on the right of the entryway where he had set up a pond. He handed me a net and said to go fishing, so I used the net to collect a fish.

I thought Derrick was clever for having this method of fishing in his home.

Then I woke up.

And THIS is why Derrick sleeps with a shotgun under his bed.

Shotgun? What "Derrick" are you talking about? Everyone knows our Derrick sleeps with a hally equipped! He keeps his regs in a pouch on the nightstand.

I would expect Derrick to be smart enough to use a locked crate for his regs.

I've had some weird dreams about UO at times.

Sometimes I am actually in UO world but it looks like irl and I can cast ebolts etc.

And sometimes it's dreams about playing UO - the best kind of dream.

All I ever do in dreams is fly and have sex, sometimes at the same time.

Flying dreams are cool, sometimes when I can control my flight I like to power up like Vegeta - just because I can.

I'm gonna try to recall next time.

How about dreams where you're flying, having sex and playing UO at the same time?

It's all scripted - I write it myself and use different forum accounts to give it authenticity.

Great. I had an UOSA dream last night too. At least mine was semi-productive though.

I dreamed that some GM gave me a warning for calling Pristiq a nerd in IRC....she then told me they would be fining me ingame gold for my misbehavior.

I know there's probably no way possible to do this now (after the shard's been around for 3 years), but it would be a cool deterrent to fine for IRC/Forum/Ingame misconduct.

Locked?! Its secure of course, its in his house!

I always have dreams about Derrick.. they usually include streaking through a football game , disrobing and screaming An(al) Ex Por. I of course am the only one laughing my ass off, everyone else is just staring at the hugh staff that he is carrying!!! Sometimes he will even cast it on Ben Rothlesburger and then the defenders can tackle him and they rip his head off.

On a side note. I had a dream the other night a Keep idocced with TONS of stuff inside. House fell and i somehow magically got to place another keep and all the items auto-magically just went right back into place inside the keep. Lazy man looting FTW!!!
