I bought the small just to the North East of this house.
Guard zone is about 10-15 tiles North of this house.

Spawn is very light, with a rare monster wandering in. Mostly just animals, good vendors in the area, a few screens from one of the best Rune Libraries in UOSA, and the Britain Moongate.

This really is a sweet mining house, considering the forge and anvil right at the entrance to the mountain pass.

I've even been playing hero in the area with my warrior, Sturm. Thwarting thieves that are hassling the local mining population.

I just bought this house from Telamon. Took a deep breath, transferred the gold and he kept his end of the deal
he gated me to the house and transferred it. I would buy a house from Telamon anytime or use him as a broker.
