These 2 houses are inside Minoc town on the main road, 1 screen from healers, 5 second run on horse to bank, 10 seconds to minoc gate. These houses are the #1 and #2 nearest the bank. They're in a no guard zone bubble (picture below: blue area signifies no guard zone areas). This would be an awesome spot for a vendor mall especially if you keep them stocked.
Bidding starts at 2 house deeds + 2 smalls for both (4 deeds total or 175k)
No buyout advertised but will consider buyout offers.
No time limit on auction, but it should last around a week.
