i know this ear is different, was wondering if there was a list of all the 4th level chest somewhere.

The C^V Rune Library in New Windmere along the road west of Vesper between the NW Vesper bridge and the graveyard has locations for them.

theres also 2 in t2a, fire and ice dungeon

i know of 15 chests in 13 location throughout britannia. for the locations refer to the rune libraries, they are pretty accurate. and you can spot the few erroneous locations pretty easy: the difference between level 3 and 4 chest is that level 4's do not have arrows in them.

so level 3s are just as good as 4s pretty much?

level 3 chests will not give lockpicking gains after 95 I'm pretty sure. need level 4 dungeon chests to GM lockpicking. also, I'd say the loot is noticeably better in level 4s

level 4 are the only ones you can gm lockpicking of. and they have more loot.

the arrows are a just a sure way to tell whether you picked a level 4 or not: if you find some in the chest, then it wasn't a level 4.

level 5 chest?? you mean other than the level 5 T map chest?? where are they?
