AUCTION - Housing compound near Spirituality (lower price)

After sleeping on the matter, I have lowered the starting point and added a buyout.
I am auctioning off this grouping of 9 homes. There are 2 L-shape, 1 brick (tower will fit), and 6 smalls (1 small has to be taken down to erect tower but there is room for 2 more smalls in the area).
The starting point for this auction is 900K.
Bidding increment of 10k.
Buyout of castle deed + 2 story deed.
Bidding will end Tuesday the 15th of March at 9PM Eastern.
The buyer can pick a broker from Telamon, Kelektra, Brules, or Upgrayyed if desired, if not deeds will be transferred first.
