Thinking about selling a compound of homes.

I am thinking about down-sizing my housing. I currently have a quiet area (occasional ettin/ogre) locked up with 2 L-shaped, 1 brick (tower will fit) and 5-7 smalls. These would all be within a couple of screens of each other.
Is there any interest out there for property such as this?

Thought I would add a pic to give a better idea of the property.
Again I am considering selling this off and am just checking to see if there would be any interest.

That would be perfect for a guild town. Surely there's some guild who would want it.
