i owned it at one point, sold it to some new guy for a CBD.. I guess he quit recently.

"Largest cave on the island" is exactly how large?
How much ore can you extract from it?
Any screenies of the cave?

I'd say you can get around 800-900 iron ingots from this mine in one shot. As for colors, you'll get pretty much any type ranging from Dull Copper to Valorite. No idea the amount tough since I don't smelt colored ore.

Just a side note.
Might be really hard to sell this at your current price.
Why with such a great location?
Well yes, it's a great location, but there are accually still free spots for small houses on other pretty good mining locations, so why pay 190k for a great location when u can pay just 40k for an almost as good one?

I don't mean to flame you or such, just some input to why most ppl wont think this place is worth the cash.
