Are those amounts correct? it says you have 20 of everything. Very suspicious.
Can you check your "UO Data Directory" on the welcome screen and make sure they are correct? Is it on auto-detect?
Also, consider unchecking autosearch on that page so you don't get blown up if you open a trapped box.

I agree with Derrick.
When I had this problem in the past it was due to razor pointing to a client in the wrong folder for UO. (It was pointing to an old folder that use to contain the client but no longer did.)
