They have one outside their Rune Library. There are vendors in it. But Im pretty sure that was an add on granted to them for providing the shard with the most complete rune library I've ever seen. Its very impressive and I suggest you go check it out. Im too lazy to look up the posts link, but Its the most southwestern tip on Moonglow Isle.
