Great vendor spot. Only 60k.

House is sold. The unsavory sticky bandit was not unsavory in this transaction. I transfered the house first, and he paid in full, plus gave me another 5k on top of the asking price. If he agrees to it, I would trust him as a broker....

5k was added to the price due to the fact that he was fully cooperative and traded first without a broker.
Note that this deal was completed via the forums, and failure to complete such a deal in an attempt to scam could result in an IN GAME ban.
