These twin towers are West of Minoc and North of Cove. The area is surrounded by trees, is very quiet and has very little spawn. Plus, there's a convenient stable 1 screen to the Southwest. The towers are already bridged , including a "suicide ledge" to quickly jump from the roof to the ground.
Starting bid: 1 million
Min. Bid Incrmenet: 10k
Buyout: available
Twin Towers are better than a castle
Far more usable space--great for decorating and storage
Secure rooms with keys--a total of 6 lockable rooms
Almost the same number of lockdowns and secures:
Lockdowns: 488 vs. 577
Secures: 24 vs. 29
If you have questions or would like a tour, just hit me up on irc
Brokers are welcome if mutually agreeable. Subject to prior sale and approval of buyer.

I know its not the minimum bid..
But if you wanna get rid of it and cant find another buyer, you might consider my bid.

Stop posting horrible bids on top notch realestate!
Property like this does not just fall onto someones lap, lots of work is put into it.
Low-balling and other such practices really put off good realtors from bothering with putting together great work like this, try and appreciate the fact that one could easily make more of a profit farming with a bard/tamer in the time it takes to attain and post up fine land like this.
If you're ever in need of a trusted broker that expects nothing in return but gratitude, feel free to contact me!
Good luck,

So your point is: realtors don't do it for the money, but please offer them more money?
The fact is, realtors in this game value their property much more highly than others value it. I guess I don't need to tell you that, after seeing your castle in the swamps on this board for like 6 months. And, to that point, it seems like the sellers are often willing to spend an inordinate amount of time chasing every last gold penny for their property. Which is fine. But just because they choose to do something that earns them less gold than farming, doesn't mean they should get some sort of additional compensation for it.
I see one offer in this entire thread. So it's hard to call someone a "low-baller" when they in fact have posted the highest bid.
