You can give the deed back to the npcs that you got it from in britain and the full amount will appear in your bank box. Just by dragging it and dropping it to the NPC.

when you walk in the carpenters shop, the npc to give it to will talk to you

Yes, if you enter any carpenter shop (not just in brit), an NPC will tell you to drop the deed on him if you want your money back, and when you do, you'll find the full amount in cash in your bank.

wow... thx guys. That was nice bit of info considering ya'll could have got it from me for 40k cheaper but now i get the full amount. thx
