The only neighbours are the NPC rangers, warriors and mages who live in the nearby huts. These NPCs are not in the guard zone and spawn gold, alcohol, gems, magic weapons/armor, backpacks, torches and food.
Edit: NPCs in the houses are also escortable!
Very small amount of monster spawn - the occasional orc, troll or ratman - but the NPC rangers fight with them to protect the neighbourhood anyway. There is also an orc encampment to the North - but far enough away not to be a problem to this home.
In terms of animal spawn there is normal forest spawn including sheep.
The nearby fields spawn wheat, carrots and onions.
The house is also the closest house to the East Skara docks by several screens. Easy access to all the shops, bank and Moongate.
