I have a question about Evaluate Intelligence...
What is its' usefulness during this era of UO?
What I'm getting at is...if I have 100.0 Evaluate Intelligence, does it make my spell casting more powerful than if I had zero Evaluate Intelligence?
I want to know if it's useful on this server or not. Other than to know if somebody is "more intelligent in a way that you cannot comprehend".
Please advise. Thanks.

direct damage spells do more damage with eval
damaging spells not effected by eval are: meteor swarm, chain lightning, mindblast (pretty sure), earthquake.
healing/debuffs/poisoning are also not effected

I kind of suspected Mindblast didn't benefit from Evaluating Intelligence, anyone else in the know mind weighing in on this?

Its usefulness essentially is as follows: if you plan on damaging opponents (PvP or PvM) with spells as a major part of your offense, you need Eval Intel
Personally, I have it even on characters where it's only needed to finish off enemies, such as my bard and my provo t-hunter. Spells are painfully weak without it, especially against players with high resist
