Selling elite Vendorhouse right next to the Moongate Guardzone.
This House is one of the top 3 Vendorspots in UO, high traffic 24/7.
This is no Auction, i set the Price at 200 Silver for those who can effort it.
If no one offer me this amount, I will rather to keep it for myself and run a
Vendor which will let me get more as the listed Price for sure over time ;].

its worth what its worth to someone. if its to much dont buy it :p
if there is a pro merchant with enough silver or cash who knows how to run a vendor right you can have that house. i wont cry when i dont get it sold heh
