The buyout is 2 small deeds and as you can see is exactly infront of the mountain, you can actually mine from the stairs!!!
No monsters around, no neighbours, just you and the mountain!

The auction starts at: small + 10K

Increments : 5k

Buyout: only 2 small deeds!!

The auction will last for exactly 1 day unless the buyout price is met.
