Northern Territories, quiet peninsula, very little spawn. There are other smalls on the peninsula, but I have never seen anyone else out there.

I thought about it, but I like to lock myself in there when I am macroing, and I have to do some mass smelting from time to time.

What's the spawn like right there?

I have seen two air elementals and one harpy since I have been there.

I'd vouch that its a peaceful place to mine.

You might be able to sell this quicker if you list the ore colors you can mine in this area.

I have owned the place for two or three weeks. Since then, I finished off GM Mining which was what I bought the house for. In that time I have found copper, dull copper, bronze, in addition to plain iron of course. The West side of the mountain is where the spawn is usually found, and since my miner/blacksmith has exactly zero fighting skill, even an occasional harpy is tough for him. I don't go over to the West side much as a result, so I cannot say with 100% accuracy what else can be found over there. My guess is that there is at least one or two shadow ore spots there and more copper, dull copper, and bronze.
