This 2-story house is located on the NE side of Fire Island just a few steps from the water. The spawn in this area isn't too bad, but I have seen snakes/serpents/gators in the area. Currently the closest house is a couple screens to the south. The Fire Temple is a short run to the SW.

TERMS:
This house is buyout only - No bids accepted.
First person to offer deed + small wins it.
Payment in house deeds or gold only please.
Listing ends when buyout is reached.
