Jeffrey please dont even attempt to say i would even do anything like this. everyone on this server knows i am an extrememly legit house seller and broker.
You posted the opening bid, and i appreciate your interest in the house but i was offered my buyout a few hours later. If you wanted the house that badly. Thats what the buyout is for.
Feel free to run by the above house and see if there are people in it. Knock on the door. Ask them yourself if you dont believe me.

LOL, ok, let me apologize first. My intent was not to discredit your integrity as to whether you actually sold it to someone. Poor choice of words on my part. It simply didn't make sense to me that someone might post something publicly, then sell it privately and not immediately post that it has been sold. Again, my apologies, and I'll be sure to read the details of the sale more carefully next time.
