Selling two small houses right next to guard protection in Yew. They are SE of the Empath Abbey/Yew bank. As you can see, they are directly on the border of town guard protection. Both houses together would make a great outdoor mall location. There is a ton of foot traffic through the area. While taking the pictures of the houses, many people ran through. Customers could browse your vendor's items under the safety of guard protection.

Houses are being auctioned separately, but posted together so any potential buyer could bid on both of them.

After many attempts to contact the winning bidder with no response, I'm putting these houses back on the market. Contacted the second high bidder, and they re-entered their bid. So, we'll run this until Friday night. Current bid is 68300 per house.
