Yew Moongate Vendor House For Sale - Ended

Yew moongate small for sale. This house is currently used for storage, but would make an excellent vendor shop. Guard zone, and the portal are just a few steps away. Yew bank is a short run to the west.
This is a 7 day auction. Accepting public and private bids. I have a reserve price in mind, and I retain the right to keep the property if this reserve is not met, or to end the auction early if an acceptable buyout offer is made.
*Will also consider a trade for an equally well-positioned vendor house.
A broker will be used for this transfer.
Bidding starts at 2 smalls.

Have things changed in the last year here? I was under the understanding if you had a reserve price...that is where you start the bidding. Not start the bidding and then if you don't get what you want for it say "I'm keeping it"...maybe that was the "other" shard.

Does seem like he is running this auction in reverse order!

Its called a reserve price auction. Pretty straightforward. I have a price in mind that I feel the house is worth. If the bidding reaches that price, then the house is sold. If not, then my "reserve" wasn't met and I'm not obligated to sell. But I can if I want.
If you don't wish to participate in my auction, then please don't post or attempt to derail the thread. If you have questions or concerns about the way the auction is set up, feel free to PM me.
Furthermore, maybe you both should read up on Blackfoot's recent post about forum harassment. Here's the link, and a small quote from his post.

I already sent a pm asking that. Still waiting on an answer.
For some reason, I guess we aren't supposed to know.
Seems like it would be easier to get what's expected if we know what's expected but that's just me.
I believe I still have the high bid?

This isn't some weird, mysterious thing. Its a reserve-style auction. Google it.
Asking me what my reserve price is, is as silly as asking me how much I want for the house when I've clearly said "make me an offer". Offer me what you think its worh and if thats acceptable to me then I will sell it, but I'm not going to tell you the minimum I'm willing to take so you can offer me that plus 1 gp. Like anyone else that sells items, I'm trying to get as much as I can for my house. If you'd like to make me an offer, then please do so. Otherwise, stop trying to find out the minimum price that you're going to have to pay to have this house. I'm not going to tell you. If you think its worth 2 small deeds, offer that. If you think its worth eleventy billion castle deeds, offer that.
If you think its a waste of time to participate in this auction, then don't, but some of you have wasted more of your time by posting all this other crap, than by posting or PM'ing a bid and moving on.
At this point, enough explanation of this strange, wacky new style of auction has been given, and any further comments/questions should be sent via PM, not posted here.
One more time . . . .

Due to underwhelming demand for my vendor house, its become clear to me that I value my house far more than its worth. Because of this I am cancelling the auction. No disrespect to anyone who participated in my auction, and I apologize for any inconvenience.
