Looking for owner of a tower named Phase 1

The tower is in the Northern territories on the water near the DG town. I'd like to inquire about buying it.

Anyone know who owns it?

Not sure who owns it but I am fairly certain they own Phase 2 as well which is right next door. If you look there is actually a bridge between the two roofs which is pretty cool. But when I lived up there I never saw anyone in or around it so they might just log in to refresh or something. I would try leaving books there or something other than that not sure there is much you can do.
