Alchemy pour bug "You must wait to perform another action."

There is a bug with alchemy and the final pouring mechanism. I can use multiple mortars as you should be able to. But when it comes time to put these potions into a bottle, the acts of pouring conflict with other and you get the "You must wait to perform another action." message.

Now, it doesn't eat your regs or anything, but this essentially limits you to the use of a SINGLE mortar.

What essentially happens is that the game sees you as still grinding the last mortar you used, so when the first several come up for the pass/fail check, it just thinks you're doing something else and never fires.

Is this intentional?

Are you basically telling us that we have to work alchemy/poisoning by making a single potion every 10 seconds?
