Alchemy: filling up kegs question

I'm trying to fill up a ton of kegs so that I don't have to do it again for a month or two, and I was wondering, what is the fastest way to fill up a keg?
If you make one potion at a time, it takes about 14-15 seconds. I remember being able to use multiple mortars (which i let Derrick know about, and he's working on it) at the same time, so that you could turn out 100 pots in no time at all. However, when I try to use multiple mortars here, I sometimes get the message "You cannot perform another action.", and one of the mortars stops grinding (this actually happens to about every other grind). The only way to not get this message is to add a 7 second delay between each grind. This makes the time for each potion to be made drop to about 7 seconds. However, with the mortars breaking all the time, the 7 second delay is still a pain.
Is there a faster method? Is it possible to use multiple mortars without getting the "You cannot perform another action" message?
thanks in advance!
