Aside from the non-grassness, this is an awesome place. You don't have a lot of ugly neighbors to look at, you've got a most likely secure courtyard (really I think there's no way to say for sure), and there's some AWESOME deco ideas here. And hey, as far as the ice goes, it's MUCH better than swamp!
