Vampire Hunter Guild?

Post by jlf2n »

Based on killing PKers?

I was thinking about it and it could be a lot of fun. You could treat the PKers like vampires and hunt them. Map out there homes, hunting grounds etc. Hire out services.

Does anyone else think this would be fun? I love the whole PK aspect of this server and how it keeps you on the edge. I think creating a group of good aligned PKers would be a lot of fun.

Anti-PK guilds would be most welcome here I'm sure.

Anti-PK hunts can be a lot of fun but can sometimes get boring. You usually find yourself waiting around awhile before you see one. Mostly because pks will run through a place so quick and leave even quicker if there is no one there to kill. One thing that is fun though is to just hang out and protect someone and they give you a cut of their gold, like for example at destard or something. That way you make a little money and before you know it a pk shows up and you act as a hired bodyguard protecting your investment.

I find the best way to "hunt PKs" is just hunt in high risk / top spawns (balrons, lich lords, etc). Be prepared to be out numbered or for your attemptive murderer to recall away (anytime they come in 1v1 or even 1v2, as soon as they fail their first mana dump, most the time they try to paragank or just recall away). I guess if you do this, might be a good thing to go with a bait and catch method (a few hiding friends at the spawn, so when they go to gank you, you guys will have the upper hand)

Could be fun, if done right. You'll definitely need people who know how to interrupt and stick to targets properly
