Looking to sell this tower I recently purchased.

1st floor decoration has been partially removed for storage space and will appear different then pictured in old thread.

2nd floor & 3rd floor are nearly identical to old pictures (minus copper and gold wire)

Easy Access for Boats and Fishing
Quick Walk to Shrine
Low Spawn (occasional rat man / Ettin)
No Active Neighbors that I've seen in the past few months - Minimal Foot Traffic

Looking to move quickly - Deed + Small.

Yes - I mentioned it in the original post by saying the tower i just recently purchased.

I'm planning on moving to a bigger place and am just looking for my money back. Pretty good value with all of the add-ons.
