My vendor in the vesper strip usually carries forge and anvil deeds. If he's out of one style just let me get home and I can make them and restock.

Check Shadowmire. I got one from their vendors last night for 2500. Much better than the 5k i have seen at the vesper strip and such.

i have no affiliation with them... just letting you know what i found.
