missing character

when i woke up this morning i tried to log on to this shard and my characters were missing just wondering if there was anything you could do about getting my character and stuff back

You may have typed in the wrong username and inadvertently created a new empty account.
Characters will not be deleted.

no i have the user name saved and my character is still missing. that is the first thing i checked and double checked

If you know where you logged the character out at, an admin could find the logged out character and get details to what account it is owned by, no?
That might only be Sphere, I can't remember.
