Selling a small house located right next to the mountains in Britain and a screen away from guardzone. House comes included with anvil, forge, loom and spinning wheel.
Minimum bid: Deed + 10k.

I'm not interested in buying, I don't need it, but I was tempted.
That looks like a really good deal for a new player/miner. It has a bunch of addons so the house + 10k is a nice deal, and a good place for a new player because you can just run from Britain really easily in the safety of the guard zone.
