UO Second Age

does eating help with skill gains here? i seem to remember gaining skills faster on OSI if you were on a full stomach but im not sure if this was t2a or not. can someone fill me in on if this is the case with this server?

I seem to remember reading that it does not, but it does help you with stamina and health regen (if I am correct).
