I was told in-game that there were gifts from santa as well as prize tickets. But I did not catch what he told me on how to claim these. Please, will someone help me. Thanks.

Goto the north brit stables and say santa in front of santa clause to get the ticket. Find someone who has the same number ticket to get the reward.
