This spot is worth quite a bit but not quite a castle deed lol.
And yea this is for house hiders, most house hiders don't even have that kinda money lmao.
Good vendor spot I guess too, but surely a house in Yew or around the moongate goes for WAY more than this and not even close to a castle deed at that.
Come on man....it's a small house lol.

Maybe you cant afford the house? Yes this is a house hiders dream come true with alot of potential. Ive been around long enough to know that it's well worth it. Run along now and thanks for looking! House is still for sell. Still asking a castle deed for it.
