UO Second Age

Ok guys, people are having a lot of trouble believing me.

My character started with magery, so he had a newbie starters book.
That same character is now red.
When he dies, the book drops on his corpse.
IT IS OF COURSE IN HIS MAIN BAG, NOT IN AN INNER BAG please stop trying to point that out.

however, the book is still newbied when i give it to a blue alt and he dies, it remains on him once he's ressed.


I don't know if this is a glitch for my particular character or the book.

This was a book glitch and has been fixed for all existing and new (as of tom. morning) books. Thanks much for the comprehensive report.

My apologies for my slow response on this and the other bug reports which I have not yet been able to address. Things have been a little hectic, I expect to be back on the ball soon.

As always, any critical/exploitative issues should be brought to staff directly even if in addition to a post (this one was).
