I'm trying to find out if anyone is interested in buying bald island from me. I own all 4 smalls the large brick and the tower on this island. There are no other spots that a house can be placed on the island so it would be your own snake filled private island. The minimum bid will be 800k because the value of the houses alone is 753k. I'll sell if the bidding gets to an amount that makes it worthwhile to sell. We'll need all kinds of brokers and what not but I'm just putting this out there to see if there is any interest. I'll keep this up for a week if I see a bid I like i'll end it early.

Um, I don't think you're alone on this island. Just went to check it out and found a 5th small house on the SW side named "Thorn". While running around, I found at least 4 other spots where a small house would fit. Just fyi.

Talk about snake infested....wow.....nice spot otherwise....

I'm sure a few more smalls could fit on the island. But I got the beach on lock.

You can't just claim to own an island and not expect people to check the spot out, you lose credibility... and possible buyers would be turned away from the deal because of your inaccuracies.

I honestly had no idea anyone placed a small on the island. O well as the majority owner of the island I still lay claim to it.
