Just bought the 2-story from Kelektra!
Had to sell 2 small houses at first - Kelektra was the broker! She got deeds from the buyer, i transfered ownerships to her and she to the buyer, she gave me deeds.
After that we went to her 2-story. Gave her deeds - she transfered!
PERFECT deal and VERY professional! Absolute trustable broker.. and nice person
