Flagging - Aggressor turning blue after resurrect.

REPORTED ISSUE: Aggressor turns blue after person attacked dies and is ressurected.
ISSUE DETAILS: If somebody aggresses a criminal or red character, turns grey to that character and promptly kills them, they immediately turn blue after said character is resurected. The 2 minute aggressor timer is ignored.
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS: N/A
STEPS TO RECREATE: Attack a red/grey character with a blue character and kill the red/grey character. Resurrect the dead character with a third character (to avoid turning aggressor criminal) and the aggressing blue (flagged grey) character will turn blue to the aggressee immediately after resurrection.
EXPECTED RESULTS: The aggressor should have to wait the full 2 minute timer before turning blue to the person he flagged. The victim being resurrected should not have any impact on the flag of the aggressor.
