Player run town

How do we set up our player run town? The Humanist Imperium is a the point where, in the very near future, we will be building our town. How do we go about getting statics placed and NPC spawns? I have read the wiki page, but it is somewhat lacking in information.

I would think that you need a good charter, something that will add a positive impact on the shard/area where you want to place this town. If you just want to make it a town for your guild, that probably won't go. If it is something that will help the community as a whole (shops, healers....), then you will have a better chance.

Contact a staff member. Although I appreciate the work that went into the formatting of that wiki page, there's not much in it that's accurate, I've cleaned it up. We'll work with RP and other guilds on a one on one basis to plan out their community
