Question about Razor

When I set a macro for a skill, like provocation for example, why does the timer make me wait 25 seconds in between skills usage? Is there a way to get around this?

Select wait-for-target, right-click, edit-timeout, and set to 1.

If you have appropriate pauses even a large wait-for-target should rarely be a problem (server saves, lag spikes, etc).
