This is in regards to the building at the C^V Guild Town previously known as "Vigilant Vendors".
This building has been declared unsafe for human occupancy. Notice has been given to the property owner and this building shall not be used or occupied after the date of posting.
All persons are hereby notified to keep out and NO occupancy is allowed as long as the notice is posted on the building. Any person willfully destroying, mutilating or removing the notice on the building will be punished to the full extent of the law.
