WTC New Player Mountain Housing - 1/5

WTC is dedicated to the charity of new players to get started in UOSA. We are offering quality bungalows for new players to stay in while working to earn the money for their own homes. In each Bungalow, we include needed equipment for skilling: forges and anvils for blacksmithing and spinning wheels and looms for tailoring. Most of our houses are located in the center of Snake Pass directly north of Britain where there is plenty of mining opportunities. We also have a house located in South Moonglow.
To apply for a stay, you must agree and abide by to the following:
1) All occupants have a maximum stay time of one month. That is more than enough time to collect enough gold for a house of your own; even if you're a casual player. Please let us know if you get your own home before the month is up so that we can make the bungalows available to more new players who may need them.
2) You will be made a co-owner of the house which will give you the ability to lock down and secure items and boxes as well as add friends. The co-owners and friends list will be cleared upon checking out and we ask that you take all items with you that you have brought in.
3) WTC will provide basic equipment for new players to get started in the form of a care package that will be in the Bungalow upon check in.
4) If for any reason an occupant allows the bungalow to reach idoc status from not refreshing a house, we will assume the player is no longer on the shard and the house list will be cleared and all items inside will become property of WTC.
