Guards don't respond to <name> move

Vendors work correctly but guards respond with "excuse me?" or something else

You're lucky they don't slap you with their halberds of ruin might force power vanquishing and thunder for even asking. Consider yourself lucky.

I've noticed this with bankers also, it takes me spamming <name> move before they do anything.
