Tower near Britain

This secluded tower is just up the coast from Britain. There's almost no spawn and the area is covered with trees. There's a good sized front yard and there's very little traffic. Also, there's good boat mining just across the water to the East on the mountains of Cove.
No bidding, 1st Deed+ small takes it.
