Good guy.
Saw him place it and he offered it to me for a good price so I bough it on the spot.

No broker needed handed over price of the house than he transfered it to me.

Will do Biz with him any time.

The years passed, mankind became stupider at a frightening rate. Some had hoped that genetic engineering would correct this trend in evolution, but sadly the greatest minds and resources where focused on conquering hair loss and prolonging erections.

You bet Gave it to the Wife she loves it. She loves crafting so she now will have a bigger place by the sheep and trees she (for some damn reason) loves to chop on.
