There's almost no spawn and the area is covered with trees. Both towers have good sized front yards and there's very little traffic. You can even fish from the roof of the south one.
Also, there's good boat mining just across the water to the East on the mountains of Cove.
This is being sold as a package for both towers, but if you're interested in one, I'll consider it.
Starting Bid: 2 Tower deeds + 2 small deeds
Bidding will run through Sunday, the 28th at 10pm.
Brokers are welcome if mutually agreeable. Biding will run until an appropriate offer is found.
