Secluded Private Mining Tower NO NEIGHBORS SOLD

FS I have a nice mining tower.
No neighbors except for a small which I own and will also give the winner in exchange for an additional small house deed.
Perks:
- -Can mine from the tower!
-No neighbors within 2-3 screens
-Close to forest
-Right next to mountains
-Private
-Lots of wandering healers
-Low low low spawn

in response to your message (as i cant send priv messages yet), yes i am still intrested in the property (tower+small) sorry to hear that I have to wait till thursday but ill tuff it out lol. and i would prefer to use a broker. keep me updated as you have the time please. thanks.

Ok I'll try to find you in IRC soon. if broker you need to cover the fees. im not sure who the reputable brokers are... i think SirEric is one.. but I don't know how to contact them. I'm generally on at night, when are you?
As for the small. i can transfer it or I can just take it down and you can place a new one.
If possible i'd like to not use a broker to expedite the process, but if you want we can use one. I've dealt with a lot people in IRC in big and small trades. But anyway, yea I"ll try to find you on IRC.
