Was running around with an L-shape deed on me and found this spot. Was not really looking to place, so starting bid is L-shape deed flat. Will let this run for 2 days (ends late saturday/early sunday). Any bid of deed + 5k or more gets 4 free add-ons (small forge, anvil, loom and spinningwheel).

This is where Tabius' old town used to be, on the opposite side of the valley from Wind's entrance.

This will end in roughly 30-32 hrs.
