WTF?

I called guards when he was on the bank side of the river, but none showed up. Definitely wasn't a speech macro or anything. I'm confused. The blue health bar is his, but I don't quite understand why his name is red.

It was a small bug related to the Halloween costumes and it should be fixed now.
